Delete your Sweatistics account
You can permanently delete your account and synced Sweatistics data directly inside the app.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Sweatistics and sign in.
- Open the Account screen.
- Select Delete account.
- Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
This action is irreversible. It deletes your Sweatistics account and synced cloud data and signs you out of the app.
If you cannot access the app
Email business@sweatistics.com from the address associated with your Sweatistics account when possible. We may need to verify that you control the account before processing the request. Never send us your password.
What is deleted
Deletion covers your account and synced Sweatistics records associated with it, including profile, fitness, nutrition, workout, cardio, weight and progress data stored in the Sweatistics cloud service.
Limited information may be retained only when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Sweatistics account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel an active subscription through the store account used to purchase it.
